We are looking for a flexible inspector/service technician. United Homes ensures the comfort of their clients and international professionals by providing pleasant living spaces with a complete range of services. We are seeking a flexible inspector with a hands-on approach and technical insight. The number of working hours is between 32 and 40 hours per week. Conducts inspections and light maintenance work in homes throughout the country; Is responsible for quality control of the rented homes; Reports the current condition of the property through an online inspection report; Identifies equipment and/or installation malfunctions.

Wat moet je kunnen?
MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) level of work and thinking;
Has a presentable appearance and good physical condition;

Knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
Is flexible, so no 9-5 mentality;
Doesn't mind being on the road a lot;
Has a valid driver's license BE.
